I recently had need to purchase a replacement car after my vw golf gtd which i only had for 9 weeks was written off in an accident and as a big fan of golfs esp the gtd i was looking to replace it with the same if i could and im so glad i came across an ad from Acs in edinburgh showing they had 1 for sale .I initialy phoned on the monday and spoke with john who confirmed it was still for sale and we arranged for me to come to edinburgh from dundee on the wedensday to have a look and test drive and if all good to purchase the car which happily i did after my visit on the wedensday and i arranged to pick the car up on the friday .Throughout the whole process from my 1st visit until picking the car up as agreed i couldnt fault john in any way as to how he went about his buisness as the manager of the edinburgh branch of Acs and how he treated me as a potential customer which was very honestly friendly and not pushy in anyway re trying to sell me the car which i dont like and has put me of buying cars before ..After viewing and test driving the car i had no hesitation in doing the deal with john which was done very proffesionally and without any fuss by him and again on collection it was the same .The car itself when i viewed it in person was even better than the add stated and after id given it a good test drive back to dundee im so glad as i stated earlier that i saw their add and acted on it as i have nothing but praise for john and acs as to how easy they made it for me to buy a very good car off them without any pressure or fuss and id certainly reccommend them to anybody looking for a very good car at a fair price which i certainly did 😁👍

Bought my daughter’s first car from the Cumbernauld Depot. Had a great experience was looked after by John who was great, took the car for a test drive and bought it there and the. The heating wasn’t working so they fixed it before we collected it. Got it home and the horn wasn’t working, phoned and spoke to Paul and he said bring it in. They fixed the horn and also put 2 new tyres on it for us. It has been running a dream since we got it in February . Would highly recommend ACS ltd they had some great cars at good prices. Thank you

I'm really happy with the car I bought from Assured Cars, I really hate pressure sales but Paul was brilliant, I got the car I wanted at a good price, full year's MOT amd 6 month warranty. I didn't want to test drive it but Paul took us out and put the car through it's paces. Car was spotless when I collected it too. Great service, would definately recommend 😁👍

We recently bought our son's first car from Assured Cars and it was a very positive experience throughout. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, Paul gave lots of pointers during the test drive of what to look out for. The car came with a fresh MOT and service, and Paul pointed out the electric window switch was faulty and arranged for this to be fixed. The car itself is in excellent, clean condition and is running well, we were given a 3 month warranty for piece of mind too. Charlie looked after us when it was time to collect the car. Excellent customer service from a small, local business, would not hesitate to buy from Assured Cars again in future, and happy to recommend to others.

Needed a replacement car in a hurry, looked at a couple and found a mint hyundai i10 (64 plate) at a reasonable price. I spoke to the Salesman (Paul) who arranged a quick test drive for me. Car looked and drove as advertised, it came with a fresh service and MOT along with a 6 month warranty. Great customer service all round.

I bought my car online without seeing it first hence I was a bit nervous. Michael reassured me that it was quite the norm nowadays and he sent me more pictures and details about the car. The car was delivered to my address in Gullane within two days. I am delighted with my vehicle and the way the transaction took place. We bought a Vauxhall Meriva 57 plate from Assured Cars, the whole buying experience was great. We looked at the car first, it was in excellent condition inside and out, very clean and tidy. When we told Matthew of our interest, he gave me the car keys and asked me if I wanted to take it out for a test drive, which we did, still happy with the car, we told Matthew we wanted to buy it. He could not have helped enough, transferring ownership etc. Not once did we feel pressurised by Matthew, we were left to our own devices with our decision making. A pleasant buying experience, a very decent clean car. Would certainly use ACS again.
