Frequently asked questions

How do I enquire about a vehicle?

Every listing includes an enquiry form, and most customers reach out by message, WhatsApp or phone before visiting to arrange a viewing or finance.

Do you offer finance on used vehicles in Edinburgh?

Yes. We work with a panel of lenders and can usually return an indicative quote the same day, subject to status. Finance is available on every vehicle in the stock list above.

Will you take my vehicle in part-exchange?

In most cases, yes. Send us the registration and current mileage and we'll come back with a valuation — you can then offset that against any vehicle on this page.

Are used Ford vehicles reliable?

Ford consistently performs well in long-term reliability surveys, and every Ford we sell has been inspected and prepared by our workshop. Full service history is available on most models.

What our customers say about us

Our Reviews

I have got my first car today! The Edinburgh team has took such great care of me, Nicole has organised a car to be brought over from another branch so I could try it! She talked me through all my options from day 1 and was happy to answer to any questions I had along the way! A special little shout out to Oliver who parked some cars out for me to drive a couple of times, thank you! Exceptional service I can only recommend it to everyone who is looking to buy a good quality used car! Thank you guys ❤️

I bought a Ford Mondeo 2017 model, and John was really easy to deal with not rushing you, listens to what you want generally very friendly and easy to deal with.
— Jason Jennings
"I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my car here. The selection of vehicles is excellent, and every car on the lot was in top-notch condition. What stood out most was the outstanding service—the entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciated that I was given the space to look around and inspect the cars at my own pace without feeling pressured or having a salesperson constantly breathing down my neck. A special thank you to John, who was great to work with throughout. I will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend them to my friends and family."
— Paul

I recently had need to purchase a replacement car after my vw golf gtd which i only had for 9 weeks was written off in an accident and as a big fan of golfs esp the gtd i was looking to replace it with the same if i could and im so glad i came across an ad from Acs in edinburgh showing they had 1 for sale .I initialy phoned on the monday and spoke with john who confirmed it was still for sale and we arranged for me to come to edinburgh from dundee on the wedensday to have a look and test drive and if all good to purchase the car which happily i did after my visit on the wedensday and i arranged to pick the car up on the friday .Throughout the whole process from my 1st visit until picking the car up as agreed i couldnt fault john in any way as to how he went about his buisness as the manager of the edinburgh branch of Acs and how he treated me as a potential customer which was very honestly friendly and not pushy in anyway re trying to sell me the car which i dont like and has put me of buying cars before ..After viewing and test driving the car i had no hesitation in doing the deal with john which was done very proffesionally and without any fuss by him and again on collection it was the same .The car itself when i viewed it in person was even better than the add stated and after id given it a good test drive back to dundee im so glad as i stated earlier that i saw their add and acted on it as i have nothing but praise for john and acs as to how easy they made it for me to buy a very good car off them without any pressure or fuss and id certainly reccommend them to anybody looking for a very good car at a fair price which i certainly did 😁👍
